Please arrive 5 minutes early to your scheduled appointment. 

If you arrive AFTER your scheduled appointment time, it may NOT be possible to extend the time of your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

The salon also has a 'no extra' policy in place. Unfortunately, We have limited space in the salon and like to make sure all clients have a relaxing experience. This includes children.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required for all services & clients.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment by text. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your booked appointment, you will be charged $100 as a cancellation fee.

Be prepared to positionally be told that your dream colour may take a few sessions. We like to under-promise and over-deliver!
