When you book an appointment with Sakara Collective, you’re agreeing to the following policies.

1. General

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site means you accept any changes.

  • Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform for us to sell our services and products.

2. Cancellations & ‘No Show’ Policy

  • A non-refundable booking deposit is required for all appointments.

  • Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours prior by text.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your booking, a $100 cancellation fee applies.

3. Refunds & Corrective Services

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • If a mistake occurs on our part, we will provide a corrective service free of charge.

  • Corrective services are not offered for change of mind.

  • To qualify for a complimentary adjustment, dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment, and the service must be booked within 5 days.

4. Products & Pricing

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • We may limit sales by person, region, or order at our discretion.

  • Product images are represented as accurately as possible, but colours may vary by screen.

5. Personal Information

Your information is managed in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
